At 518 Dental we value your satisfaction and ensure this is looked after at all times by our WHOLE team. We want the best possible results for you. This does not just mean your treatment; it means the whole treatment journey.

We aim to ensure that from the beginning your experience is of the highest level of patient care and service, as well as striving to make it as stress-free and relaxing as possible.

From your first contact with the practice we will welcome you in a friendly, professional and caring manner and all the members of the dental team will be happy to help and answer any questions.
At your initial assessment we will:
  • Have a thorough look at your teeth and gums and carry out an oral cancer screening We will chat to you about your general oral and medical health
  • Take any necessary x-rays
  • Give you time to talk to us about any concerns you may have
  • If any treatment is needed, we will let you know the options and give you a written treatment plan. Even after you have taken the plan home, we encourage you to contact the surgery if you are unsure about anything.
  • We all have a busy hectic lifestyle and we always strive to work around your needs when booking further appointments
During treatment you are kept well informed of the progress being made against the original plan. If there are any changes to the original treatment plan, these will be fully discussed and agreed upon together by YOU AND THE DENTIST.
After completion of treatment we will aim to ensure that you are 100% happy with the treatment you have received. We welcome ALL patient feed-back so that we can respond positively to any issues that have been raised. You are invited to complete the NHS satisfaction survey before departing and we have an established patient’s complaints procedure should this be necessary.
